“ We had the soy chicken sub, the gyoza, the beef vermicelli bowl, the pork spring rolls and the pulled pork tacos! Everything was delicious! The service was fast and friendly and fabulous! Would recommend and super easy to access off the highway for a quick meal that isn’t fast food but still speedy! ”

“ Placed an order and it was the best decision ever! Such a fantastic little food truck with deliciously fresh ingredients and flavours. Worth a stop if you are in the Fernie area. It does get busy and we decided to call ahead for our order. Within 20 minutes we had two delicious dishes and skipped the line when arriving. You can also order online through an app but we just used the phone. Decided to get the T-Wrap in a bowl and doubled the meat so it could be shared between two. The pachos were a fun addition and loved the pulled pork. Will be back as soon as we come through again. There’s some outdoor seating and a portable toilet:) ”

The wrap was especially satisfying with crispy spring roll inside, along with crunchy cucumber, spicy mayo and tender beef (drool). Owners/chefs are super friendly and gave an overview of the menu before we ordered. There are picnic tables in the sun and shade—great views! ”

“ I have been to the chopstick truck on several (and I mean several) occasions, and have had such a great experience each time. The ladies that work there are extremely personable, friendly & kind. They work very hard to give the best customer experience for everyone! My favourite go to is the Twrap (it’s huge and full of so much goodness it will keep you full all day!) also just tried the pulled pork bao buns and they are to die for. So much flavour and surprisingly filling! I bring my kids here all the time as well, it’s also a favourite for them, as they get to run around the area, colour in the provided colouring books and also chalk! They have plenty of seating, and the views are Will 100% keep going back, and recommend to everyone as a must when visiting Fernie, or passing through! ”
